Desk Fabrika Kalıp
ERP for mold makers

You quoted 280 hours. The mold took 380.

Desk Fabrika Kalıp keeps the quote, CAM and shop-floor data of every mold on one mold card, from the customer specification to delivery. You see the gap before the mold is finished, and your next quote is more accurate.

In a mold shop, money leaks out quietly

The five situations mold makers describe to us most often, and how the system answers each one.

We sent the quote and only found out we had lost money when the mold was finished.

Quoted, CAM and actual hours sit side by side for every component; live mold cost shows what share of the quote is already used before the mold is done.

The customer calls every week to ask how the mold is coming along.

Through the link you share, the customer sees the mold's current stage, the tryout summary and the expected delivery date.

A rush job came in and nobody knows how far each mold will slip.

Load per machine, a timeline and an expected finish date for every mold; try a change of priority before you commit to it.

CAM said 6 hours, the job took 9, and nobody wrote down why.

When the deviation threshold is exceeded, a reason is required; the machine signal suggests the real run time.

The knowledge lives in the toolmaker's head.

Each mold's full history is on its mold card; a new quote shows similar past molds and their actual hours.

The whole journey of a mold in one system

In most mold shops these steps live in separate spreadsheets, e-mails and the toolmaker's notebook. Here every step inherits the data of the one before.

Step-by-step project flow

See what is happening on the shop floor, as it happens

Operators start, pause and finish jobs from a tablet or phone. On a shared terminal they sign in with their name and PIN, and the screen keeps recording even if the internet drops. A small device on the machine sends running, idle and alarm states by itself. After a long stop the system asks why; a machine left in alarm overnight, or standing idle while work is waiting, is reported.

Your customer knows without calling

Through the link you share, the company that ordered the mold sees which stage it is at, the tryout summary and the expected delivery date, and approves samples right there. Prices are never shown; you decide what is visible.

Every mold is delivered with its file

At delivery the mold passport is put together automatically: revisions, steel and heat-treatment certificates, tryout summary, approved process sheet and spare-parts list. A PDF in the customer's language plus a ZIP with attachments; a QR label on the mold opens the passport.

Every mold makes your next quote more accurate

Because specification, quote, CAM and shop-floor data build up in one place, the system learns from your own mold shop.

A quote in minutes, with alternatives

When the customer asks "what about 2 cavities?", the alternative appears side by side in the same meeting and the price updates as you change parameters. Upload the specification and get tolerance, surface, material and tool life suggested with the source page. The quote comes out in the customer's language.
